Introduction
The Report Scheduler controls the file type output and frequency of scheduled reports.
There are four (4) key areas: Report Name, Report Recipient, Export Format and Run Frequency
Report Name
This is the name that will be used in the Asynchronous Task and Scheduled Reports forms. The name should be something descriptive and recognizable in the future.
The dynamic values @UserName@, @UserlD@, @OrgID@, @Org@, @ReportName@, will be replaced now [at task creation]. If you use the name of a report parameter that is dynamically replaced due to a date range, it will be replaced when the report is run by the asynchronous worker.
