Overview
Quick Services in ClientTrack are designed for immediate provision, such as a hot meal, a warm coat, or a bus token. Managing these services effectively is crucial to ensure swift assistance to clients. This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to set up and manage Quick Services within the platform, offering insights into filtering and sorting service codes for optimal organization and retrieval.
Instructions for Setting Up Quick Services

(1) Direct Services is the default option in the Service Screen dropdown, which helps narrow down services to specific types.
(2) The Add New handles one service at a time and should only be used if you need to incorporate a Replacement Form specific to your service.
(3) Quick Setup is the recommended option, as it allows you to select multiple services at once.
Accessing Quick Service Setup
Access Quick Services
Navigate to: Home > Global Administration > Setup Data Management > Service Codes > Quick Service Setup

Or, type Quick Service Setup in the Global Search Bar.
Adding A New Quick Service
Click Quick Setup to open a list of all services filtered by the Service Screen you’ve selected. | ![]() |
While is not a requirement, using filters like Service Group, facilitates the search and organization. | ![]() |
To mark a service as a Quick Service, simply check the box next to it. The Sort Order determines the sequence in which services appear in your Quick Service form. |

Click Save & Close to finalize the addition. | ![]() |
Confirmation of Setup
Navigate to the Quick Services form in the client workspace and verify that the service is available under the designated Service Group set during setup.
If you do not see the service in the Quick Service form immediately after setup, verify that your organization has access to the Service Code. |
