NYCDSS Ticket Creation & Escalation User
Steps to submit a ticket to NYCDSS admins:
- Navigate to the top-right corner of ClientInsight where you can see your name.
- Click on Help > Give Feedback

- This will popup an email to be sent to the admins. (REMINDER: DO NOT attach files containing PII or include PII in your message.)

- This email will notify your admins of your issue. If this requires intervention from the ClientInsight team, your admin will be able to escalate the issue.
